Puffzi Return & Refund Policy
Our Commitment We want you to love your Puffzi. If something isn't right we'll make it right.
Eligibility We accept return and refund requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on items that have been used, squeezed extensively, or are no longer in original condition.
Refund Process Once your return is approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
